Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel provides stunning views, and after asking the room service for a change, it met my expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful all throughout my stay, making me consider a return trip to Amman. The location is convenient for those with a car, as it's close to many attractions. However, it is an old fashioned hotel and lacks some variety in dining options.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were not as clean as expected and a bit far from the elevators, they were surprisingly spacious despite not matching the booking description. The service fell short of a 5-star standard with some disappointing situations like cleaning during breakfast, but the location was excellent for accessing nearby attractions and enjoying the wellness facilities. The dining options were basic, lacking a wow factor, but the fresh fruit availability was a plus.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Amman! The location was fantastic for exploring the town, and the room, although not perfectly clean at first, was spacious with good amenities. The service, while initially lacking, improved over time and ended on a positive note. The dining experience was delightful but a bit overpriced. Overall, a mixed but enjoyable experience.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not clean with mold on the walls, but once we were moved to a clean room, it was extremely comfortable, quiet, and well-appointed. The service was a mixed bag; most staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful, except for some who were angry and difficult to deal with. The location, though a bit isolated from restaurants and shops, was convenient for exploring places like Abdoon and Rainbow Street. The dining experience offered excellent options that catered to both Western tastes and local Jordanians. The facilities were good overall, with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel room was spacious but not fully prepared for two persons, lacking cleanliness and amenities, although it was big. The service was helpful but with room for improvement. The location was excellent with great views and facilities that cater to various needs. The dining experience offered a good variety of local and international choices.
The hotel rooms were neat, clean, and well-organized, but not as much as expected. Despite some cleanliness issues and an empty minibar, they were comfortable for the stay. The service, while not consistently professional, improved over time and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location was good for reaching nearby attractions and offered a wonderful wellness and gym area. The dining experience could be improved with a richer variety and better quality of food, though it did include delicious local specialties. Facilities were satisfactory, offering the basic amenities needed during the stay.
